Here are some pro tips for Nooeylicious meals: 

  • Besides lasagne, you can also use Lasagnooey for Lasagne Estive (open lasagne) and cannelloni. Simply parboil the sheets for 1-2 minutes in boiling water - only a few sheets at a time to prevent them from sticking to each other.
  • Run out of pasta and noods? Parboil your Lasagnooey and cut them up into your favourite shape, whether it’s pappardelle or fettuccine, and slather it in your favourite sauce.
  • There are 12 sheets of Lasagnooey in a 200g box which is perfect for 10-12 servings.

How to prep your Lasagnooey:

  1. Cover the base of your tray with a bit of sauce, then layer it up with your Lasagnooey, sauce and fillings. 
  2. Repeat the layers until you’re satisfied - a 200g Lasagnooey pack is enough for 3 layers in a 30cm/ 12” rectangular baking dish.
  3. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes at 180°C (360°F) or according to your recipe’s directions. 
  4. For that extra *chef’s kiss* crispy top layer, uncover and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
  5. Remove from the oven and let rest for 15 minutes…voilà, time to feast!
