Pete’s Green Curry Recipe:
Pour jar of Pete Evans Green Curry sauce into saucepan. Add 1/2 jar of water or broth and bring to simmer. Add in 300gm sliced chicken or beef, 400gm cauliflower and broccoli florets, 1 sliced carrot, 2 sliced Japanese eggplants. Bring to simmer and serve when tender. Pete's Tip: Add more broth for a delicious Thai soup.
