      Ingredients

      Tart

      Whey Protein Isolate, Whey Protein Concentrate, Natural Flavouring, Xanthan Gum, Sweeteners (Natural Erythritol, Natural Stevia, 955).Powdered Egg, Erythritol, Organic Stevia Glycosides (0.56%), Salt

      Pastry

      100% Almond Kernels (that have been blanched), Whole Egg Powder, Baking Powder & Salt.

      How to make

      To make the Pastry

      You will need:

      • 20g of Butter
      • 50g of Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
      • Tbsp of Water 

      Make: Add butter & cheese into a bowl and heat in microwave (900w) for 45 seconds.  Do not stir when finished.
      Empty contents of the pastry pack into the bowl.  Add water. Mix the ingredients in a circle.  Use your palms to make it into a ball (this can be messy).

      Use a pie tin, roll out the pastry in between two baking paper sheets and place in pie tin.   Place in the oven at 180C for 5 -10 minutes.

      To make the Tart mix

      You will need

      • 10g of melted butter
      • 70g of heavy cream

      Make:  Empty contents of the tart pack into a bowl. In a separate bowl heat cream in the microwave (900w) for approx. 40 seconds or until hot.

      Mix: Pour the hot cream into the dry mix slowly and whisk removing all lumps. Add the melted butter and whisk again quickly, making a smooth texture.

      Once the pastry has cooled from the oven add your tart mix to the pastry and set in the fridge for 15 minutes. Enjoy!
