How to make your SNAXX Pasta:
To prepare your Pasta you will need:
- 90ml of water
- 40g of cream cheese
PREHEAT OVEN TO 160°C
Mix: Empty one of the sachets of this pack into a blender or food processor. Add cream cheese and water and mix well, removing all lumps. Make sure to stir mixture before pouring.
Cook: Place baking paper on an oven tray and pour the mixture over this thinly. Place the tray in a 160C oven for approx. 5-10 minutes. Test to see if you can peel it easily from the baking paper. If it sticks then it isn’t ready yet. Once cooked remove from the oven and let cool. Completely peel it off of the baking paper.
To make pasta noodles (e.g. spaghetti, fettuccine etc.) :
Cut: Roll the sheet of pasta up and cut with a sharp knife to create your desired pasta noodle thickness.
Cook: To cook your pasta noodles simply add them to your meat sauce or pour your sauce over them to heat. No need to cook in water.
To make lasagne sheets:
Cut: Cut the pasta into desired lasagne sheets big enough for one serve. You should get between 3-5 sheets, depending on your size.
Cook: Cook your lasagne as per normal.
