This flavour was born out of the Launceston Farmers’ Market, where a persistent group of fans kept pressing us to make a “spicy” flavour. So we tested and tested, and just when we felt it was perfect, we added a tad more habanero chilli for good measure.

Grass-fed Tasmanian beef, coconut aminos (coconut tree sap, sea salt), apple cider vinegar, sea salt, black pepper, beetroot powder, culture.
