These terms apply when you use the Keto Direct website or place an order with us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please also read our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.

Products and orders
We aim to describe products, prices and availability accurately. If we cannot fulfil an order, or discover an error that affects it, we will contact you and offer an appropriate resolution, including a refund where applicable. An order confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order.

Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Australian dollars. The product price and any applicable delivery charge are shown at checkout before you pay. We may change prices for future orders without changing an order we have already accepted.

Delivery and collection
Delivery options, charges, timeframes and any exclusions are explained in our Shipping Policy. Some parcels over 5 kg in actual or cubic weight, or deliveries to certain locations, may require an additional charge. If this applies to your order, we will contact you so you can accept the charge or cancel the affected order for a full refund. Collection arrangements, where available, will be provided with your order.

Returns and your rights
Our Return and Refund Policy explains how to request help with an order. Our products and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits your rights to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy when the law provides one.
