Our Cold Smoked Pure Australian Extra Virgin Olive Oil is cold smoked with smoke from untreated wood to make a unique, smoky flavour.
It is done very slowly and we chose NOT to heat the nutrients out of the Oil, hence why are unique in our cold smoking process.
Its unique smoky taste compliments any dish, any time, every day. We only use the best Australian Olive Oil.
We smoke our oil in small batches in a traditional smoker. We bottle it all by hand in our small local factory on the outskirts of Brisbane.
