Quick & Easy: Gluten Free + Keto Choc Self-Sauce Pudding (serves 8)
1 x Melinda’s Gluten Free Goodies Keto Choc Pudding Mix
60g butter of choice, melted
2 XL eggs, or alternative
100ml milk of choice
Preheat a fan forced oven to 170 degrees Celsius. Grease a small casserole dish
Combine your Keto Choc Pudding Mix Sachet with your melted butter, lightly beaten eggs and milk. Stir and pour into prepared casserole dish
Add Keto Choc Pudding Sauce Sachet to 250ml of hot water and stir until the sweetener has fully dissolved. Pour over the back of a spoon close to the pudding batter.
Pop in oven and bake for 30 minutes or until fully cooked in the centre.
Serve cooked pudding immediately with lashings of whipped cream or sugar free ice cream.
