Luckily, we have a bunch of favorite school-holiday lifesavers, and I had to share the love with my fellow parents. These are simple, satisfying ideas that work for you and the kiddos, PLUS minimal prep, no fuss, and totally delish.

Build-Your-Own Keto Lunchboxes

Think bento box but low-carb! Load up sections with:

  • Cheese cubes or Babybel
  • Cucumber spears and cherry tomatoes
  • Boiled eggs
  • A handful of almonds or keto trail mix
