You will need
3 eggs
200g unsalted butter
3 tablespoons (60ml) water
Method
Preheat oven to 160oC. Lina a 20cm x 20cm baking tray with baking paper.
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, butter and water until combined.
Add contents of bake mix packet into the bowl, whisk until smooth.
Transfer batter into prepared baking tray and bake for approx 20 minutes or until cooked.
Allow to cool before slicing into bars or squares.
