Salmon Fillet in Oriental Style



150g skin on salmon fillet
1 tablespoon of Everybit Organic 's Raw Macadamia Oil
1 piece ginger finely sliced
1 cup chopped cauliflower
1 glove minced garlic
1 small capsicum finely sliced
1 cup of green beans
1/2 carrots finely sliced
1 stalk spring onion thinly sliced for garnish
1 teaspoon of toasted sesame seed
(Optional) 1 teaspoon of chilli flakes  
1. 1 teaspoon of pink salt
2. Cracked pepper as desired
3. 1/2 teaspoon stevia or sweetener
1. Heat the frypan to high temperature, put in oil to coat the pan
2. Place salmon skin side down until crispy( roughly about 3 to 5 mins) Flip over and cook through
3. Take out fillet set aside.
4. Whilst pan still hot stirfry all the vegetables
5. Add in salt, cracked pepper and chilli flakes ( Optional)
6. Stirfry vegetables for 2 to 3 mins ( keep it crunchy)add in stevia( make sure you add this last as overcooked Stevia will turn bitter)
7. Served vegetables with salmon on top then garnish with spring onion, toasted sesame and ginger
8. Enjoy!
