Chinese dumpling (Skinless) 
You probably would have heard of/tried Chinese soup dumpling. Peter has created these Chinese dumpling dish which I must say, THEY ARE INCREDIBLE!!! Super easy to make and you can use different type of meat if you don't like pork. Highly recommend to try/save the recipe❤
Ingredients
1 litre of chicken stock
400g pork mince
2 cups finely chopped Chinese cabbage
1 cup finely chopped spring onion
1 egg whisked
6 cloves of garlic minced
2 tablespoon of grated ginger
2 tablespoon of coconut aminos
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of white pepper
Method
1. Put chicken stock in pot to bring to a boil.
2. Place all ingredients into a mixing bowl and combine well.
3. Roll into desired size and cook in chicken broth. We took it off the heat after 2 mins from when the last meat ball floats to the surface.
4. Serve hot with some freshly chopped spring onions or coriander over the top 
The recipe is quite forgiving, so you can adjust the filling. For example: you can substitute with chives, coriander, chilli, chicken mince, prawn & pork mince, more pepper, less salt, vegetables stock. Just experiment!
