🐂🥩Satay Beef Rump Steak Cubes with Choko 🐂🥩
Ingredients-
-200g rump steak, diced into equal size pieces
-3 gloves of garlic, minced
-2 large Choko, peeked and cut into stick shape
-Dosha food roasted garlic ghee
Seasonings-
-1 heap tablespoon Gourmet Spice Satay chicken seasonings
-1 teaspoon NIU life coconut amino
-1 teaspoon Redmond real salt
Methods-
You will need to cook the beef and choko separately to achieve the best taste and texture of both ingredients.
Choko
- Soak up all excess moisture of choko with kitchen paper towel
- Heat up frypan, add 1 tablespoon of ghee
- Once ghee is melted, add minced garlic
- Cook minced garlic till it turns slightly brown, add choko and stir
- Cook until choko all softened, season with Redmond salt and coconut amino to your liking (I used 1 teaspoon of salt and few drops of coconut amino)
Rump steak cubes
- Cut steak into bite size, cut them in similar size
- Soaked up all the excess moisture
- Marinate beef cubes with gourmet spice satay seasonings, few drops of coconut amino and sprinkle of Redmond salt for about 30 mins
- Heat up frypan, put half a tablespoon of ghee
- Once ghee is melted, add in beef cubes, cook until brown
